The following are remarks for your presentations.

(1) Discussion time for your talk

When preparing your talk, please keep in mind that 5
minutes of your talk time is for your discussion.

(2) Computer for presentations (conference computer)

We will prepare a WINDOWS machine and a MAC machine for
presentations. Please copy your presentation files to one of
these machines using a memory stick during a break before
your session. The file name should be
SESSION#_YOURNAME.[ppt,pptx,pdf,key..].
We do not recommend you use your own computer, but if it is
unavoidable, please check the connection to your comuputer
during the breakjust before your session.

(3) Uploading slides to the Neutrino 2012 Web site

We plan to make a pdf file of your presentation described in (2)
and upload it to the neutrino 2012 homepage. If you want to make
a pdf file for this purpose by yourself, please make it beforehand
and copy it to to the conference computer. In this case, the name
of the file should be Web_SESSION#_YOURNAME.pdf

(4) Proceedings of the conference

The conference proceedings will be published in Nuclear Physics B;
Proceedings Suppliments (NPB-PS). They will include write-ups of the
oral presentations, but not the poster presentations. Detailed
instructions for the proceedings will be sent to you soon after the
conference.
