　The participation to the conference is by invitation only. If you are interested in participating this conference and do not have invitation letter, please contact conference secretariat. (E-mail address is given at the bottom)
　The number of participants is limited to about 500.

Registration fees for the PARTICIPANTS include the following:

Registration fees for ACCOMPANYING persons include Welcome Reception and Banquet.

Online registration and accommodation reservation

Please make sure that your payment for early registration arrives before April 15, 24:00 (JST), 2012. After that day, the late registration fees apply.

All payments for late registrations should arrive by May 13, 2012. After that day, all unpaid registrations will be cancelled.

Cancellation and Refund Policy of Registration Fees

　If your registration is canceled until May 13 (Late registration deadline), the registration fee will be refunded, except for 5000 yen for administrative expenses.
　No refund can be made for cancellations after 13 May (Late registration deadline).
